If you're getting motion sickness from these things, you probably shouldn't be playing them (epilepsy warnings are in games for a reason), or you need to adjust your refresh rate for your monitor (this is one example of what was making people sick with VR, lower refresh rate was messing with people's heads and causing nausea). While I don't like Sonic CD, The UFO special stages are still no where near as bad as Sonic 1's / The last one from Sonic 2. They replaced boring special stages with something that actually took skill to learn (the last Sonic 2 special stage is completely garbage, and the only way to "skillfully" complete it is to memorize where the rings are because they are spread all over the place mixed in with bombs like a 6 year old spilled Legos all over the place, and Sonic 1's special stages were just annoying and can screw you over even if you're good at them.)
